The brightly sunlit, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island with 2 bar stools and a dining table that seats 6 people looking out over the pool. The family room has a comfortable sofa with two airchairs, and a large flat screen TV. Leading off the family room is a king master bedroom, half bathroom, utilty room, and the home movie theater.
The downstairs large king en-suite master bedroom overlooks the pool area and is equipped with a soaking tub, separate shower, granite countertops, walk-in closet, and TV.
The combined home movie theater and games room has 4 arrmchairs, 2 bar stools, 2 gaming chairs, and a foosball table to provide hours of entertainment for the whole family.
Upstairs there is a balcony overlooking the family room below. Turning to the left wing of the house there is a queen bedroom and the double bunk bed room, separated by a full bathroom. You will also find the designated kids play area, where the younger kids can enjoy hours of fun playing with the many toys that are available.
The right wing of the house contains a kiddies room with a full size and single bunk combination bed, a bathroom, a second queen bedroom, and the second master en-suite bedroom.
Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; Tiki Bar, Business Center, Sand Volleyball, Tennis Courts, as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers are provided for guests use.
The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool heat/Spa is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home.
