Spacious rooms and a full kitchen will make your family feel comfortable and relaxed. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom make up the sleeping arrangements. This villa also features a washer and dryer within the unit for your use.
Regal Oaks Old Town is and upscale gated resort community with all the resort facilities you would expect in a safe comfortable environment designed to make your Florida vacation one to remember. Located in Old Town Kissimmee, Regal Oaks Resort is perfectly placed for you to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.
The Regal Oaks Clubhouse is open 24 Hours a day, this large two story building is a unique blend of the Classic and modern designed to stunning effect, encompassing state of the art facilities with the warmth and comfort of yesteryear. The heart of the resort facilities, the Regal Oaks Clubhouse, also has Wireless Internet, Gymnasium and a Business Center available to all guests so come and enjoy.
The Lakeside freeform Pool and Sundeck are simply stunning. The view is exceptional; An ideal place to just take in the sun or take to the Jacuzzi for a relaxing soak. There is also a new Dual Water Slide that will keep younger guests with plenty to do while you enjoy the Florida sunshine. And, for the very young there is Zero Entry Pool Access where your little ones can join in the fun of the Pool experience.
For the Kids ask about "Team Marina" who operate a children's club for the 4 to 12 year olds leaving you free to relax for a while. Team Marina provide Entertainment and Activities tailored specifically to the needs younger guests making Regal Oaks Resort Facilities the place for Family Activities. And, while the kids are engaged you can try our multi-sports court where you can play racquet and net ball games.
Situated right behind Old Town with Fun Spot right next door entertainment abounds. Take a stroll down the brick lined street of Old Town and wander into one of the specialty shops or stop by one of the weekly Car Cruises that feature cars from many different decades. Then go next door to Fun Spot where you will find exciting rides for the thrill seekers in your family. Feel the thrill of sky diving and hang gliding on the Sky Coaster or perhaps take a ride on one of the four go cart tracks that Fun Spot has to offer all within walking distance. Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks, or soaking up some sun poolside, Regal Oaks offers a Resort Experience with all the comforts of home.
This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first pet and $50 plus tax for additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract

“If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with 8 people, this place is fantastic! Triple the size you’d get in a hotel, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The pool was awesome but really we were there for the parks! Just a short drive to any of the Disney parks and about 20 min from Universal. Lots of restaurants nearby and Old Town was fun to walk around and is right next door. Easy in and out of the gated community. Washer and dryer in unit meant we could pack lighter than if we’d stayed at a hotel. Although we didn’t need anything, the hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend.”
