What is StaySafe@Loyalty Home Program?
Using EPA Approved Disinfectant
We use a hospital-grade, nontoxic, safe product that has been authorized by the US EPA as a registered disinfectant that combats the Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) on hard, non-porous surfaces.
Disinfecting High-touch Areas
We disinfect all high-touch areas during cleaning and our SafeHome inspection, paying special attention to door knobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronics lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and play sets/toys etc.
We offer an additional disinfecting fogging service using ULV Cold Fogging technology. We fog the entire house from floor to ceiling, wall to wall, with an EPA approved nontoxic hospital-grade viricide that is safe for all house surfaces. This technique is considered the most effective and safe method to eliminate most bacteria, viruses, and germs including Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). Contact us at 863-420-1010 to add this service to your booking.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We protect with PPE and Safety Training. Our staff are trained on safety and expected to wear personal protective equipment (gloves and face masks) at all times while visiting homes for maintenance, housekeeping, or any other purpose.
All staff practice proper handwashing protocols set by the CDC.
If any staff member shows signs of illness, or reports coming into contact with someone who is suspected of having COVID-19, they will not be allowed to work.
We practice social distancing
Non-emergency maintenance requests from guests will be addressed after guest check-out.
In urgent situations, guests will be asked to leave the home or remain in a different room from our staff.
Maintenance staff will wear gloves and masks during service in the home.
If more than one staff member to be present in a home, staff will ensure that proper social distancing protocols are followed.
Linens, & Bedding
The cleaning staff will remove their gloves (safely, as per guidelines) after removing dirty linen, apply hand sanitizer and put on fresh gloves before putting the clean linen on the bed.
We launder bed linens and towels at the highest allowable temperatures and with the correct chemical chemistry for proper cleaning and sanitization.
All pillows will have pillow protectors on them and the mattress will have a mattress pad covering it.
Trash Removal
All trash will be safely removed from the homes and inside trashcans will be disinfected and a new trash bag placed inside.
Pool Safety
According to the CDC, there is no evidence COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs.
For guests staying in a property with a private pool, the pool service company, who will be servicing your swimming pool, is educated on staying safe.
They will be utilizing their own equipment and will never use any pool equipment provided at the property for your use. They won’t need to touch any switches or zip timers on your pool deck.
However, we do ask for guests to not touch any of the outdoor pool equipment located exterior of the home (Example: filter, breakers, motor, valves, and heater). The techs will be wearing gloves when touching these, however, we ask for no cross-contamination as they handle these items weekly.
24 Hour Gap Between Bookings
In line with CDC and Airbnb safety recommendations, we will be introducing with immediate effect a 24 hour gap between check out and when a new reservation begins.
As a result, we will not be taking any future back-to-back (same day departure and arrival bookings) or allowing early check-ins or late check-outs where they would compromise this 24 hour gap.
Pets
Safeguarding guests with pets to follow CDC guidelines outlined here.
