Loyalty Stay Safe Home Program

We will safely navigate through COVID-19 together!

At Loyalty we believe in earning your business not just once but for a lifetime! We want to be your vacation-to-go place!

Every Loyalty home is expertly cared for by professionally trained housekeepers, maintenance and guest service teams. Since 1999, Loyalty homes cleaning and maintenance practices have been in line with hospitality best practices and high standards.

We now enhanced our existing practices to bring you Loyalty Stay Safe Home Program. With this new program Loyalty homes meet and exceeds the CDC guidelines for public spaces, businesses, schools and homes, and adheres to the Vacation Rental Management Association's SafeHome guidelines.

As we welcome guests back to our Orlando vacation homes, we are committed to providing you and our staff with a safe environment. A safe, clean home for our guests is our #1 priority and we prove that daily through our enhanced practices.

Our Stay Safe Program includes:

Using EPA Approved Disinfectant

Use of hospital-grade, nontoxic safe product that has been authorized by the US EPA as a registered disinfectant that combat the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) on hard, non-porous surfaces.

Disinfecting High-touch Areas

Disinfecting all high-touch areas during cleaning and again during Stay Safe inspection paying special attention to door knobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronics lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and play sets/toys etc.

Offering additional disinfecting fogging service using ULV Cold Fogging technology. We fog entire house floor to ceiling, wall to wall, with EPA approved nontoxic hospital-grade viricide that is safe for all house surfaces. This technique is considered the most effective and safe method to eliminate most bacteria, viruses, and germs including COVID-19.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Protecting with PPE and Training. Our staff is trained and expected to wear personal protective equipment (gloves and face masks) at all times while visiting homes for maintenance, housekeeping, or any other purpose.

Wash hands

All staff are trained and practice proper hand washing protocols set by the CDC. If staff member shows signs of illness, or reports coming into contact with someone who is suspected of having COVID-19, they will not be allowed to work.

Practicing Social Distancing

Non-emergency maintenance requests from guests will be addressed after guest check-out. In urgent situations, guests will be asked to leave the home or remain in a different room from our staff. Maintenance staff will wear gloves and masks during service in the home. If more than one staff member to be present in a home, staff will ensure that proper social distancing protocols are followed.

Linens, Bedding, & Soft Furnishings

Laundering all bed linens and towels at the highest allowable temperatures and with the correct chemical chemistry for proper cleaning and sanitization. We follow hospitality best practice for top layer bedding by triple sheeting (hotel technique of covering blankets/comforters with freshly laundered sheets)

Trash Removal

All trash will be safely removed from the homes and inside trashcans will be disinfected and a new trash bag placed inside.

Maintenance

Maintenance requests from guests during their stay will be evaluated based on the urgency of the need.

Non-emergency maintenance items will be addressed after check-out.

For anything that requires immediate attention during a stay, guests will be asked to leave the home or remain in a different room from the employee, and the employee will wear a mask and gloves while in the home.

24 Hour Gap Between Bookings

Note that these additional cleaning and wait times make it impossible to allow early check-ins or late check-outs.

Pets

Safeguarding guests with pets to follow CDC guidelines outlined here.

Our homes in Osceola and Polk Counties, Florida, are now open for all vacationing guests coming from US states where COVID-19 case rates are less than 700 cases per 100K residents. Loyalty Vacation Homes Disclaimer:

At Loyalty Vacation Homes, we follow the guidelines recommended by Vacation Rental Management Association, Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals and the Center for Disease Control. We continue to monitor and gain new knowledge and guidance as it becomes available on additional measures to disinfect our homes, however we cannot make any guarantees that our practices will prevent contracting viruses during guest stays at our homes. We recommend that all guests follow the CDC guidelines for safety and prevention of contacting viruses.

Welcome to Loyalty's Premier Clean

As we welcome guests back to our Orlando vacation homes, we are committed to providing you and our staff with a safe environment. On top of our already high standard of cleaning, we’ve launched Loyalty Premier Clean - an even more rigorous sanitization and disinfection approach to vacation rental cleanliness. The new Loyalty Premier Clean program meets or exceeds CDC guidelines for public spaces, businesses, schools and homes, and adheres to the Vacation Rental Management Association's SafeHome guidelines. We will actively monitor and enhance our cleaning solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests, owners, and staff.

Additional Cleaning Procedures We're Taking To Protect Our Guests

The health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we're expanding our cleaning measures overall and increasing the time our housekeepers spend caring for each Loyalty home.

We have provided all our housekeeping and inspection staff with hospital-grade, EPA-approved disinfectants and cleaning products.

Extra cleaning time will be allocated to existing turnover timeframes to allow time to sanitize/disinfect high-touch areas.

We use disinfecting products on all major surfaces and pay attention to all high-touch areas, including door knobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronics lock panels, elevator buttons, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and play sets/toys.

All of these surfaces will be cleaned with hospital-grade, EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure that they are disinfected to the highest standards.

If a large property requires more than one cleaner or other staff member to be present, staff must ensure that proper social distancing protocols are followed (by remaining at least 6' apart at all times and wearing masks and gloves).

As per the guidelines above, a guest would ideally check into a property 18-24 hours after the property has been inspected (post-cleaning). Remote check-ins, where guests go directly to their properties and not into a vacation rental office, is preferable. Each business will have to plan for what can reasonably be accomplished.

Note that these additional cleaning and wait times make it impossible to allow early check-ins or late check-outs.

Linens and bedding will be professionally laundered, at the correct temperatures and with the correct chemical chemistry for proper cleaning and sanitization.

The housekeeper will remove gloves (safely, as per guidelines) after removing the dirty linen and securing them in bags. Hand sanitizer should be applied and fresh gloves put on before putting the clean linen on the bed.

Blankets/comforters will be triple sheeted with freshly laundered sheets.

All pillows will have pillow protectors on them and the mattress will have a mattress pad covering it.

All trash will be safely removed from the homes and inide trashcans will be disinfected and a new trash bag placed inside.

Additional Safety Procedures We're Taking To Protect Our Guests

All staff (housekeepers, inspectors, maintenance technicians, or anyone else) and contractors have been provided with CDC related safety guidance and trained in their application to alleviate the transmission of the virus and provide further protection for employees and guests.

All staff follow proper hand washing protocols set by the CDC throughout the day and avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

If more than one cleaner or other staff member are present in a vacation home, staff will ensure that proper social distancing protocols are followed.

All staff (housekeepers, inspectors, maintenance technicians, or anyone else) will wear masks and disposable gloves.

All staff have been trained in correct mask and glove usage.

We follow the CDC guidelines and ask our guests with pets to do the same. More on the CDC-website.

Loyalty Vacation Homes Disclaimer: As we follow the guidelines recommended by Vacation Rental Management Association, Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals and the Center for Disease Control, please note that we are continuing to evolve as we gain additional knowledge and guidance. Although we are taking these additional measures to disinfect all properties for guests, we cannot guarantee this will prevent guests from contracting viruses during their stay. We recommend that all guests follow the CDC guidelines for staying safe when traveling.

Cleaning is defined by the CDC as “the removal of germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces. It does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection.”

Disinfection is a separate step that comes after If surfaces are dirty, they should be cleaned prior to disinfection.

Disinfection vs. Sanitization: These two activities are not the same. Sanitizing refers to reducing the number of germs to a safe level by cleaning. Disinfecting refers to killing nearly 100% of germs on surfaces or objects, according to the CDC.
