How do I make a booking... ?

Click the "Book Online" button on the left hand side bar, and read and accept the booking conditions. You can then fill out and submit the booking form to us. Alternatively, you can email your details to sales@loyaltyusa.com

If you are mailing, send the form with a check (please call first to confirm dates). Mail a check to Loyalty Inc, 1579 Oak Hill Trail, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. If booking from the UK, please email for address to send the cheque to.

If your booking is outside of 8 weeks, we require a $150 / £100 per week deposit to secure the booking, this can be sent by Check, Money order or Telegraphic Transfer, or you can pay by credit card by calling us.

Within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is due.

Once we receive your booking form, we will confirm acceptance and availability and hold the dates for you. If you are sending a check, we will hold the dates for a maximum of 7 days.

Please note that if we hold a property pending receipt of your deposit, the property is not deemed to be booked until the funds are received and cleared.

You will receive an invoice and confirmation once we have received payment. When final payment is received, you will be sent full directions, house address and a code for the home which will be unique for your stay.

If you have any questions before your arrival, please feel free to call us.

Why do you say that keys are not required...?

Because all of our properties have Digital door locks, This means that a new security code can be given to you close to your check in date, so as you can travel directly to the property and gain entry without needing to obtain keys first.

This also means that all your party can gain entry for the duration of your stay with out sharing keys.

What is provided...?

Almost everything that you need (and some thing's that you don't ) You will have already viewed the property and its features on our web site.

Each home is different and offers different features and equipment, please check carefully before booking that your choice has everything that you require for your vacation.

Many items are available to rent, so if a house you like does not have the equipment you need we can usually arrange for it to be there before you arrive.

All the homes are equipped with the required linens, towels, kitchenware, cooker, washer, and dryer. They are all fully air conditioned. They have a private pool for you to enjoy at no charge (although there is no charge for the use or upkeep of the pool, there is a charge if heating is required to cover the owners utility bills).

Why do your homes have names...?

All our homes are the pride and joy of their individual owners.

Many owners have themed their homes to fit in with the name, this is to make your vacation more enjoyable and to let you know that you are not dealing with a faceless corporation, and in most cases you are getting the property that you have chosen*.

Also if you need to call us during your stay, giving us the name is easier and more secure, also when you want to book next year its much easier to remember your wonderful time in Cinderella's Castle than try to recall the property address 1038932 some strange road name FL 34747.

Then, when you book with us next year, you will need the name of the property you stayed in to qualify for a discount!

*We reserve the right to change or cancel a booking if the home you have chosen becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control

Did you know most Hotels in Florida do not heat pools ?

Did you know that Disney ,Universal Hotels and Water Parks heat to a maximum 80F between November and April?

Pool Heating is expensive to operate. Pool Heaters cost thousands of dollars to install.

We know that the pool is generally one of the most important features of your stay and people have different tolerance levels to water temperatures.

Therefore we offer 3 different pool heating options, all of which have a minimum charge of $80.
  1. Pool heated between 80 and 85 degrees, 8 hrs heating a day. $25 day
  2. Pool heated between 90 and 95 degrees , 8 hrs heating a day. $40 day
  3. Total Control heating, where you control the temperature and the amount of hours per day. (Gas Pool Heaters ONLY) You pay for the amount of gas you use at $2.50 per unit. Be aware that this can be very expensive.

The choice is yours

You must request pool heating a minimum 48 hours ahead of arrival.

If you decide during your stay, there will be a $15 call out charge.

All temperatures subject to change, if air temperature is below 55 degrees.

If you rent a home with a spa that flows into the pool, this spa will normally only heat to the same temperature as the pool. If you want a hotter spa, you would need a home with a stand alone hot tub, which is an additional $50 week.
